If I could only recommend one book on female sexuality it would definitely be this one: Come As You Are: The Surprising New Science that Will Transform Your Sex Life by Emily Nagoski, PhD.
Emily Nagoski is an expert on the topic and has written a very accessible, readable (and easy to listen to) book that well help you feel more normal and help you feel like you have some ideas on how to improve your sex life whether it’s already pretty great or needs a lot of work.
A particularly useful concept is understanding the difference between the accelerator and the brakes (i.e. things that make women feel more in the mood versus less in the mood).
Hint! Often it’s more important to learn to take your foot off the brakes rather than floor the accelerator.
